A Visit to the REAL Santa

We've been visiting Santa at Crown Center for about eighteen years now. You know he's the REAL Santa...all the others are just his helpers! This picture was taken in 1997, Chase's first Christmas. He won't like Santa so much the next year! And yes, that is Marissa with the short hair and hiking boots at the height of her tomboy phase!
As we look around at the people waiting in line, we notice that our kids are WAY older than everyone elses! What better way to kill some time than taking pictures. Here are our two sophisticated college girls, Meg and Mal. Marissa and Chase pulling their typical shenanigans!
Mom and dad...also the oldest in line!
The Crayola House...There was a time when they could all stand in the doorway!
And the Sidewalk Chalk Slide...
Mom and Meg waiting for a turn on Santa's lap.
Santa said he thought he'd died and gone to heaven with all these beautiful girls wanting to sit on his lap. (I don't think he was talking about Chase!)
Even grown-ups have Christmas wishes!
The sibs fooling around in the lobby of the hotel. Here we all are...Merry Christmas! Daddy and Meg Dear Santa: Can't you tell by our angelic faces that we've been REALLY good this year? NOT!!!
